It's very convenient that the hotel is located in the city center, making it easily accessible by taxi. the receptionist provides good information to guests and recommends the best ways to travel, such as taking a taxi rather than walking. the hotel is close to the railway station, which is a big plus for those who don't want to take a taxi.
There is one aspect of the hotel that needs improvement.

Did not like the location at all - very dirty shanty surroundings of houses; not too far from a big sewage station of the Municipality. Poor hoisekeeping with not adequate staff - twice hung Clean rom sign on door but was not done. Reception staff gave misleading information about taxi to airport and said would book it ; not done and left after finishing duty. Other staff taking over had no idea and just said sory we dont know who told you and cannot do anything.

The concierge guys were very helpful and spoke excellent english, reception was very willing to help in anyway. The room service food was of an excellent quality also and didn't take long to be delivered.
We had a standard room and the double bed was a little small, but the room was large and of a high quality.

My partner and I stayed for a weekend getaway and enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious room. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel was located near popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation.
Our experience was ruined by the unresponsive and unhelpful staff. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it took multiple attempts to get it resolved.

Location is away from the busy city. Price is affordable for a 4-star hotel. Staffs very friendly and helpful.
The walkway outside the rooms are not carpeted and it's very noisy whenever housekeeping pushes the trolley and guest checking in & out pushing their wheel bags. Noise starts as early as 7am so cannot enjoy late wake-up. Swimming Pool was under repair so unable to use.Airport pick-up person was nowhere to be found on arrival so had to take taxi to the hotel.

Price was reasonable
Was quite a way from main areas. WiFi is not free. Rooms ok but not as good as other similar rated hotels I have had in Bangkok

Our stay offered great value for money. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was close to a 7-11, which was very convenient for snacks and drinks.
The hotel was poorly located, and there were not many transportation options nearby. The breakfast could have been better and more variety could have been offered.
